What is a pre order and how is it made?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped.

Promotional codes give you access to exclusive promotions and initiatives on lissclassics.com

Enter the code in the appropriate field at checkout to activate the promotion and click "Apply". Only one promotional Code can be used for each order.

What payment methods are possible?

Liss Classics accepts the following payment methods:

- iDeal

- Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and others in select countries. 

- PayPal
Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. 

Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, please visit paypal.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Next to regular shipping Liss classics offers you the possibility to pick up for free in Amsterdam.

During the checkout process select "Pick Up”.You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.

In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:

• A valid ID 

• The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device). 

If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:

If the item is not picked up within 10 days of when the order was placed, the order will be canceled and we will issue a refund.

• We ship climate neutral with DHL. We deliver worldwide. We are proud to cater to our international customers as well.

Delivery time

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.  Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return any item purchased on Liss classics within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

Fill out the return form that is enclosed in to your order.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included & attached, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refundPack the item/s in the original box and stick a new label over the prior delivery information. We do not provide a free return label yet.You can arrange your return at any local post office.Please make sure you return your item to Liss & Co, Wouwermanstraat 24, 1071 LZ in Amsterdam, The Netherlands

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
